Shit is a bitch
Suppose to take 3-8 weeks to heal I guess
First noticed it when I was stretching Don't even try because I'm stiff as fuck because of it
Pretty much little or no pain when I walk
I can even run without too much of a problem as long as I don't make cuts or sudden movements.
But I am not. Don't want to aggravate it
But once every few days i move in a way I happen to aggravate it. Not by exercising either
Lets me know it is definitely still there

Suppose to do a few rehab exercises to improve
Things fucking pissing me off

Yes. And in my experience, it’s been a nagging injury for years. Pulled it bad in a junior hs football game and have had issues ever since. Seems like I re- tweak it every couple of years. Not a fun injury at all.

Carr is calling you a panzy. He pulled his and came back next week. I bet if he pissed in a cup though he would burn a hole in it

Don't you know that Carr was healed because he prayed on it? If only he would pray to be a decent NFL QB? Gruden will have a guy he likes in that position next year.

Yes i pulled my groin and tore a muscle trying to open a door that was stuck shut at work years ago. Nasty pain and injury to deal with, my Dr told me to use heat twice a day and not to stretch anymore than i had to. It seemed to take months to heal, i had trouble with it at first but eventually i used a heat pad and i overcame it. one of the worst things i had to deal with in terms of an injury. Use heat and don't do anything unnecessary. Good luck with your recovery !!
